Jeff led the turnaround of SIP Trunking in 2018. Simplification of lead-to-order processes and internal marketing reinvigorated direct sales channel leading to improved customer revenues. Launch of new market-based pricing, introduction of P&L tracking and completion of supplier RFP further magnified commercial returns on existing and new customers.

Though a product reaching into its decline, Jeff recognised the strategic importance of this service. Jeff built a unified product strategy to create a seamless journey to move customers from legacy to SIP Trunking and onwards to Microsoft Teams. In 2019 Jeff added this to his portfolio and modernised the technology to support: customer retention, acquisition of the remaining market, and enabling differentiation of future services.
