About Jeff

Jeff Hiltz has an Executive MBA from London Business School and is a product leader with over 15 years experience advising on Product Strategy, managing in-life and launching new innovative products. He has worked across Europe, the UK, US and Canada and currenty is based in London.

Having led product development at both  start-ups and large multi-nationals Jeff brings together the best of both worlds. From his experience with start-ups he brings agility, a passion to work quickly and an attitude that seeks out complex problems to solve. By contrast his work with multi-nationals gives him the organisational knowledge required to scale products and their teams.

Jeff has a track record of leading the market by commercialising cutting edge technology into products which rapidly hit their target-market fit. His ability to map new technology into real customer benefits, and intuition around where the market is going, results in products with sustainable differentiation underpinned by innovative technology.

Most recently, Jeff has worked as the Enterprise voice portfolio owner for O2 Business, managing a product line of 4 voice products with annual revenues of over £5M and a customer base spanning some of the largest UK based Enterprises.

He is also the founder of omovo - which he re-launched as a Microsoft Teams managed service provider following 4 years of operation as an independent product strategy consulting firm.
