Identifying the emerging trend of businesses converging their fixed & mobile telecoms spend to a single supplier, Jeff defined and launched the UK's first integrated Enterprise telephony service leveraging the then newly emerging IMS technology. With a single price for fixed and mobile telephony it offered a powerful acquisition story and significant differentiation against competitive products.
